Parissa Irani-KermaniÌýandÌýConnor O’SheaÌýshared The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Prize for the best performance by an A level retake student:

• ParissaÌýjoined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from South Hampstead High School, where she had achieved grades BBD in Economics, Mathematics and Biology). She retook all three subjects on our short retake course and achieved grades A*AA. Parissa won a place to read Economics at Durham University.
• ConnorÌýjoined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from the London Oratory School, where he had achieved grades EEE in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. He retook all three subjects over two terms and achieved grades AAA. Connor won a place to read Ship Science at the University of Southampton.

Adonis HakkimÌýandÌýAllegra LindblomÌýshared The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Prize for the best performance by a lower-sixth student:

• AdonisÌýjoined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Emanuel School for our two-year A level course in History, ICT and Politics. At the end of his first year he achieved the equivalent of AAA at AS level and he has now gone on to A2 study in the same three subjects.
• AllegraÌýjoined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Sherborne School for our one-year A level course in Religious Studies and our two-year A level course in Biology, History and Psychology. At the end of her first year she achieved grade A* in A level Religious Studies and grade A in AS level History. She has now gone on to A2 study in Biology, History and Psychology and is applying to read Psychology at university.

Evgenia AlexandrovaÌýwon The Laura Freeman Prize for the best performance at GCSE. Evgenia joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from the International School of London and took nine GCSE subjects over one year, achieving grades A*A*A*A*A*A*A*AA. She is now studying A levels at Godolphin and Latymer School. Evgenia was also awarded the Council for Independent Education’s national prize for GCSE.

Paloma MoralesÌýwon the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ IFP Prize. Paloma joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from France for our one-year university foundation programme. She achieved a distinction in all four of her modules and won a place to read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the London School of Economics. Paloma was also awarded the Council for Independent Education’s national prize for performance on a university foundation course.

Tara BageÌýwon The Martin Lailey Prize for the best performance by a lower-sixth transfer student. Tara joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Hurstpierpoint College for our one-year A level course in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. She achieved grades A*A*A and is applying to read Medicine at university. Tara was also awarded the Council for Independent Education college prize.

Yilin GuoÌýwon The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Art Prize. Yilin joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from China for our two-year A level course in Art, Mathematics and Textiles. She achieved grades ABB and won a place to read Costume Design at University of the Arts London. Yilin’s triptychÌýThe Stages of ExistenceÌýfeatured on the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Christmas card.

Amy WellsÌýwon The Council for Independent Education (CIFE) college prize. Amy joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from St Catherine’s School for our two-year A level course in Economics, Psychology and Religious Studies. She achieved grades A*A*A* and is now taking a gap year. Amy was also awarded the CIFE national prize for economics.

He then went on to take our two-year A level course in Chemistry, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics. He achieved grades A*A*A*A, including Mathematics a year early, and won a place to read Mathematics at the University of Chicago.

VENETIA LEEÌýandÌýWILLIAM HYSLOPÌýshared The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Prize for the best performance by an A level retake student. Venetia joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Fortismere School, where she had achieved grades BCC in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics. She retook all three subjects over a year and achieved grades A*AA. Venetia won a place to read General Engineering at Durham University. William joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Radley College, where he had achieved grades BBBB in Economics, History, Mathematics and Politics. He retook all four subjects over two terms and achieved grades AAAA. William won a place to read History and Politics at the University of Exeter.

Michael joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Israel for our two-year A level course in Economics, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics. At the end of his first year he achieved grade A* in A level Mathematics and grades AA in AS level Economics and Physics. He has now gone on to A2 study in Economics, Further Mathematics and Physics and is applying to read Mathematics at university.

OLIVER STEELEÌýwon The Laura Freeman Prize for the best performance at GCSE. Oliver joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from King’s College School, Wimbledon and took eight GCSE subjects over one year, achieving grades A*A*A*AAAAA. He continued on to the sixth form at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ to study English Literature, French, German and History.

NADINE TANGIEÌýwon the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ IFP Prize. Nadine joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Malaysia for our one-year University Foundation Programme. She achieved a Distinction and won a place to read Economics and Politics at SOAS. Nadine was awarded a commendation by the London School of Economics for gaining the highest mark in the 2015 International Relations examination. Nadine was also awarded the Conference for Independent Education national award for Outstanding Performance on a university Foundation course.

QINGYAN ZHANGÌýwon The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Outstanding Achievement Award. Qingyan joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from China for our two-year A level course in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics and Economics. She achieved grades A*A*A*A, including Mathematics a year early, and maximum marks in six Mathematics units and two Physics units. Qingyan won a place to read Economics at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.

Imogen joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from Lady Margaret School for our two-year A level course in History, Law and Religious Studies. She achieved grades A*AA and won a place to read Law at Queen Mary, University of London.

ADAM LEBBYÌýandÌýARTHUR REDHEADÌýshared The John McSkimming Medical Sciences Prize. Adam joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from John Hampden Grammar School for our two-year A level course. He achieved grades A*AA in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and a grade B in AS level English. Adam won place to read Medicine at St George’s, University of London. Arthur joined Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ from St Benedict’s to complete the second year of his A level course in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. He achieved grades AAA and won a place to read Medicine at Plymouth University.
